📍 Our Rates

  • Casablanca: Delivery + Installation = FREE

  • Other cities: Delivery (200 DH) | Installation (100 DH optional)

  1. Personalized Confirmation: Once your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm the design, your customization needs, and answer any questions you may have.

  2. Preparation: We prepare your order (Lead time: 3 to 10 days depending on stock and demand).

  3. Appointment: We will call you to set the delivery day and time.

  4. Installation: Our technicians install the equipment for complete safety.

⚠ IMPORTANT: Wall Safety

For all wall-mounted installations (Swedish ladders, Climbing walls):

  • ✅ Permitted walls: Concrete or Brick only.

  • ❌ Forbidden: BA13 / Plasterboard support (The wall will not support the weight and usage).

Please confirm the nature of your wall during our confirmation call.

📝 Note

  • The delivery time may be slightly longer for customized orders.

  • Please clear the installation area before our technicians arrive.
