We want your shopping experience at DarmonBébé to be the best possible. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our return and exchange policies.

Return Period

Our exchange policy lasts 3 days from the date you receive your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept your return.

Ineligible Items

Please note that sale items are neither returnable nor exchangeable.

Return Conditions

Before returning an item, please ensure that it meets the following conditions:

• An item eligible for exchange must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with price tags attached.
• It must be returned with the original labels and packaging material.

Shipping Costs

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Furthermore, exchange fees will be your responsibility and will vary depending on your city.
